OUR PROCESS
Our reps begin working with companies part-time with our team managing all of the sourcing, training, and ongoing coaching. Customers are welcome to extend full-time offers to our reps if/when they would like.

SDR PAIRING
OBFF will hire and pair an SDR exclusively for the customer's account.

CAMPAIGN LAUNCH
Approximately 2 weeks in we will begin our outreach. The customer will have access to a shared dashboard where all activities can be tracked. We. will communicate daily via slack and hold regular 1:1s

ONBOARDING
Onboarding is a one-hour call between the customer and OBFF. We will use the time to set expectations for the engagement and begin learning about the customer's business

ONGOING EXECUTION
Our team acts as the customer's SDR team. We book demos, confirm the meetings ahead of time, and keep customers updated on our progress in a shared slack channel.

CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT
OBFF will work with the customer to write copy + scripts, conduct mock calls and setup all the systems needed to run an outreach campaign

HIRE OUR REPS (OPTIONAL)
